Fees are payable fortnightly in advance. We use childcare EasyPay as our only form of payment. We support families in accessing the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and our team can assist you in understanding how CCS applies to your family’s situation. Can I request a copy of your policies?

Yes, all families are welcome to request a copy of any of our centre’s policies. Just speak to the management team or contact the office, and we’ll be happy to provide the information you need.

We regularly review all policies to ensure they remain compliant with the latest legislation, child safety standards, and industry best practices. Updates are made as needed and communicated to families.

When policies are updated, we notify families via our parent communication app and via email.

Our emergency and evacuation policies are designed to keep everyone safe. Educatorsconduct regular drills and follow detailed procedures to respond quickly and calmly in any situation.

We work closely with families to develop personalised health and allergy management plans. All educators are trained in anaphylaxis and asthma management, and we follow strict procedures for food safety and medication.
